PAYMENTS: 

All payments must be made at the time of registration. MAPS accepts all major credit cards. 

SUMMIT REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 

All panel sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Conference badges must be worn throughout the Summit. 

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: 

Exhibitors can register personnel who will be manning the table top exhibit within the Exhibitor Service Center after purchasing their exhibit space, by using their user name and password. Please contact Jason Acord at jacord@medicalaffairs.org if you have forgotten your username and password or have any questions about the exhibiting at the Summit. 

CONFIRMATION: 

Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records. 

BADGES: 

Badges will be available onsite starting Wednesday, October 10, 2024 at the registration area.  

REGISTRATION CANCELATION DEADLINE: September 26, 2024

Registration Cancelation Fee prior to Cancelation Deadline: $25 

No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after the cancelation deadline of September 26, 2024 unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned. 

Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please contact meetings@medicalaffairs.org. The last day to transfer your registration is September 26, 2024. 

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT:
