PAYMENTS: 

All payments must be made at the time of registration. MAPS accepts all major credit cards. 

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: 

Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Conference badges must be shown at all conference events. 

ONE DAY REGISTRATIONS: 

One Day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events for that specific day. 

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: 

Exhibitors can register personnel who will be manning the table top exhibit within the Exhibitor Service Center after purchasing their exhibit space, by using their user name and password. Please contact Pedro Campa at pcampa@medicalaffairs.org if you have forgotten your username and password. 

CONFIRMATION: 

Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records. 

BADGES: 

Badges will be available onsite starting Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the registration area.  

REGISTRATION CANCELATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 4, 2024

Registration Cancelation Fee prior to Cancelation Deadline: $200 AUD 

No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after the cancelation deadline of October 4, 2024 unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned. 

Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please contact meetings@medicalaffairs.org. The last day to transfer your registration is October 25, 2024. 

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT:
