PAYMENTS:
All payments must be made at the time of registration. ACCESS Forum accepts all major credit cards.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS:
Conference registrants will be permitted to attend all sessions, exhibits, meal functions, and networking events listed on the program agenda. Conference badges must be shown at all events.
ONE-DAY REGISTRATIONS:
A limited number of One-Day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events for that specific day. If interested, please message Adam Macie at adam@marketaccess.org.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibitors can register personnel who will be staffing the table top exhibit within the Exhibitor Service Center after purchasing their exhibit space. Please contact Adam Macie at adam@marketaccess.org if you have forgotten your username and password.
CONFIRMATION:
Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt from info@marketaccess.org. Please save this confirmation for your records. If you misplace your registration confirmation, please message Adam Macie at adam@marketaccess.org.
BADGES:
Badges will be available onsite starting Thursday, 14 November at the registration area.
REGISTRATION CANCELATION DEADLINE: 15 OCTOBER 2024
Registration Cancelation Fee prior to Cancelation Deadline: 200 EUR
No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after the cancelation deadline of 15 October 2024 unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.
Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please contact adam@marketaccess.org. The last day to transfer your registration is 8 November 2024.
